Libby's 3rd Birthday

Rather than buy her other gifts this year, Libby's big birthday present was to go and see Disney Princesses on Ice. She absolutely loved it and has been asking to go back nearly every day since. Sarah loved it too, although her favorite part was the guest appearance of Mickey Mouse.

Libby's first try at ice skating. Ian cleared off the little pond in the yard and the kids all had a go at playing on the ice.

All in all, it has been a very eventful birthday for Libby. As I said, she loved the ice show and then the next weekend was her small party. The kids all seemed to have a fun time playing in the snow and my two napped well that afternoon. Libby also made the transition to a big bed this weekend and has done a pretty good job of going to bed (and staying in bed) so far. I can't believe she is 3 already. Where does the time go?
